Producer’s Message

Sydney knows how to celebrate and nothing says celebration like Sydney New Year’s Eve. Annually writing Sydney into the record books as the New Year’s Eve Capital of the World, it is, for 1.5 million people around the Harbour and many more around the World, Time to Dream.

New Year’s Eve is a time for aspirations, for hopes and dreams. Our theme for 2011 Sydney New Year’s Eve, Time to Dream, gives flight to those aspirations allowing us to both reflect on the year gone and hope for the year ahead.

In 2011 our creative team will bring a new level of sophistication across our entertainment and events, our technical and production teams will deliver one of the most technically advanced fireworks shows yet seen and Harbour entertainment that will take your breath away.
