Transport

Getting here

  • • Roads approaching the vantage point will close from 3pm. Arrive early. See the road closure map and real-time traffic updates at livetraffic.com.
  • • Buses will operate regularly and make stops within short walking distance. Ferries stop running on the harbour by 5:30pm.

Leaving the event

  • Pedestrian diversions will be in place on New Year’s Eve. The way you leave may be different to how you arrived. Be prepared for a longer walk to transport hubs.
  • Roads remain closed until around 2am. Follow directions from NSW Police and staff.
