Admission

A free ticket is required.

Tickets will be available soon.

  • Tickets available 3 September
  • Tickets are free but only valid for entry between 5pm to 6pm
  • After 6pm, general access will be allowed if the site is not already full

4pm – 12:15am

  • Entry between 4pm to 5pm.
  • After 5pm, general access will be allowed if sites are not already full.

Getting here

  • Some road closures will be in place for general traffic. See the road closure map and real-time traffic updates at livetraffic.com
  • Attendees are encouraged to leave the car at home as on-site and nearby street parking is very limited.
  • Bus

    Buses operate regularly towards Taronga Zoo. 

  • Ferry

    Ferries operate regularly towards Taronga Zoo. Last ferry to the Zoo leaves Circular Quay at 4:52pm.

Getting home

  • Pedestrian diversions are in place on New Year’s Eve. The way you arrive, may be different to how you get home. Be prepared for a longer walk to transport hubs.
  • Bus

    Buses will run regularly from Taronga Zoo towards Military Road where you can connect with other bus services.

  • Ferry

    After the fireworks limited ferries to Circular Quay will leave Taronga Zoo wharf at 12:54am and 1:54am.
