Strickland Estate offers spectacular views of the fireworks without the chaos of the city. Tickets are free and valid for entry between the gates opening at 5pm to 8.30pm. BYO alcohol is not permitted. An accessible viewing area is available.

Getting here
- Roads approaching the vantage point will close from 3pm. Arrive early.
- Buses will operate regularly and make stops within short walking distance.
Leaving
- Roads remain closed until around 2am. Follow directions of NSW Police and staff.
- Pedestrian diversions are in place on New Year’s Eve. The way you arrive, may be different to how you get home. Be prepared for a longer walk to transport hubs.
